Application refers to True Trainer, the software program provided by the Company.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in social activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

• usernames and biographies
• profile pictures
• social connection data (users you follow, users who follow you, and interaction history)
• user-generated content (training elements such as exercises, routines, and plans you create and choose to share)
Device Location. To provide features such as workout location tracking and mapping, we may collect information regarding your device's geographic location with your prior permission. You can control the precision and sharing of this data via the app's Privacy Settings.
Pictures, videos and other information from your camera and photo library. We may request permission to access your camera or photo library to allow you to set a profile picture or attach media to your training sessions.
Payment Data. All payment data is handled and stored by Google Pay, Apple Pay and RevenueCat.
Social Media Login Data. If you choose to register via social media, we will collect certain profile information about you as described in Section 7.
Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect information regarding push notifications and interaction trends to maintain security and improve user experience.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

• To deliver and facilitate delivery of training services.
• To enable social features. This allows you to find other athletes, follow their progress, and share your own training content and results.
• To provide personalized recommendations. We use your data to generate workout recommendations via our AI tools.
• To request feedback and provide support.
• To protect our Services from fraud or unauthorized use.
• To identify usage trends and improve app functionality.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason to do so, such as your explicit consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate business interests.

Vendors and Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors who perform services for us, such as Firebase (analytics/auth), RevenueCat (payments), and Mapbox (location services).
Sharing with Other Users. True Trainer is a social platform. Depending on your Privacy Settings, other users may see:
• Your profile information (name, username, bio, picture).
• Your training activity (calendar, history, and detailed results).
• Elements you have created and marked as public (exercises, routines, plans).
• Your real-time workout status ("Live" sessions).
• Your workout locations (at the precision level you specify).
Business Transfers. We may share information in connection with a merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information about your interactions with our Services for security, maintenance, and analytics purposes.
6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
Yes, we offer AI-powered tools (e.g., True AI) to enhance your training experience. All personal information processed by these tools is handled in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
If you register using a third-party social media account, we receive certain profile information (like name, email, and profile picture) which we use only for the purposes described in this notice.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice or as required by law. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 12 months.
9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures, though no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal information, or to object to its processing. You can manage your visibility and data sharing directly within the "Privacy Settings" section of the application.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals as no uniform standard exists.
12. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Yes, residents of certain states have specific rights regarding access and deletion of data. We comply with applicable state laws including the CCPA.

Users in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and other regions may have additional rights under their respective privacy acts.
14. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
Yes, we update this notice as necessary to remain compliant with laws and reflect changes in our app's features. The "Revised" date will be updated accordingly.
